The world culture embraces pornography, greed, status, wealth, power. We struggle with crime, terrorism, abortion, poverty, addiction, and violence. The culture see’s good as bad and bad as good, black as white and white as black, right as wrong and wrong as right. God’s word supersedes our culture of relativity
The world ticks endlessly by second by second, hour by hour, day by day and year by year to shapes one’s destiny before reaching our final hour. One wonder’s where our place is in this vast planet of millions of souls past, present, and to come. We are but a speck of sand that covers the oceans floors, or but one star in an infinite universe. In our youth we envision the rest of our lives to accomplish our dreams. In our old age it seems time has passed us by. Who has placed our being in this world, at this time for a time? Why Me? Why now? What purpose is one’s life? The complexity of the universe leaves little doubt that only an infinite Almighty God has set things in motion. The mountains, oceans, seas, rivers, sky, stars and planets are witness to the majestic evidence of our Almighty God. The birds, animals, fish of the ocean and trees and flowers of the field testify to his creativity. The jewels, resources and elements of the earth confirm our creator. Who but an Almighty God has separated the light from the dark, moved the planets to be in perfect alignment, and placed the sun, moon and Earth in place to make our planet habitable? The complexity of the cell, the body, mind, and heart to function perfectly to breathe each breath of life in perfect harmony only points to a master creator.
